The zip file you can download here contains two files:
  • tls file for TuneUp Styler

  • logonui.exe for Replacer

It should work on resolutions up to 1680x1050 pixels.

Do you mean the user pic's frame? Hm, should be possible: Use Resource Hacker and change Bitmaps 113 and 119 in the logonui.exe
Haven't tried it by now, so - i can't guarantee it.
