Dark Side by einfachnurbastian Dark Side by einfachnurbastian
The zip file you can download here contains two files:
  • tls file for TuneUp Styler

  • logonui.exe for Replacer

It should work on resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels.

Comments, critique and faves are always welcome - and highly appreciated.

This logon looks quite similar to my Deluxe logon screen...

Is there a version of this login without the "Dark Side" text and an actual plain black background?
I tried looking through your gallery but I couldn't find anything.

I was wondering if we could use LogonStudio Vista to change the screen?

Does it work on it's own after double clicking the MS .exe? I have never messed with the logon screen which is why the question may sound i little dumb

No, just double clicking the file won't work. I recommend using it with TuneUp Utilities, which is a very comfortable way to change your logon (free trial: [link]). A different way would be replacing the original logonui.exe (stored in "C:\WINDOWS\system32") using Replacer, a tiny program which replaces system files and automatically creates backups of the original files.
